Unless we’ve told you otherwise, your Virgin Media agreement states that the monthly subscription charges for your main services will increase every April. This starts from April 2024.
Here is a representative example of how monthly subscription charges for main services could change.
The example below shows a scenario using the RPI rate announced in February 2024 and is illustrative only.
Bob signed up to a new contract in August 2023 and his monthly subscription charge for his main services is £40 a month with a standard price from month 19 of £50 a month. In February 2024 the RPI rate was announced as 4.9%.
In April 2024, Bob’s price will increase by 8.8% (4.9% + 3.9%).
Bob’s monthly subscription charge will increase from £40 a month to £43.52 a month (£40 + 8.8% = £43.52). Bob’s standard monthly charge from month 19 will also increase from £50 a month to £54.40 a month (£50 + 8.8% = £54.40).
Web Safe Available to all new Virgin Fibre customers who signed up after 27th February 2014.
