Nobody welcomes a price rise, and we get that. That’s why we’re currently getting in touch with our broadband, TV and home phone customers, by letter or email, to explain why our prices are going up.

Within that letter or email, we’ll also include information about any other changes we’re making, and the date those changes will become effective.

Why are the prices changing?

It’s essential we continue to invest in our technology, so you can keep doing the things you need to do – and love to do – on all your devices. Rising global energy prices and inflation affect our running costs too.
